Please include a current e-mail address so further training and Chapter opportunities can be distributed to you. This info will only be used for Chapter business and will not be distributed in any way to any outside entities.

It has become very expensive for the Chapter to snail mail notices and further mailings will be e-mailed in the future or posted on the Chapter web site.
